We provide visitors to our Websites (“Visitors”) access to the Websites subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By browsing the public areas or by accessing and using the Websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Websites.

Any user who registers with us (each, a “Registered User”) and wishes to purchase a product or service through one of our Websites, is agreeing to the terms of this Agreement and the accompanying Terms and Conditions of Purchase with respect to such product or service. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

Conditions for participation in our programs
Both private individuals as well as entrepreneurs can participate in our programs. Inside our programs we share our knowledge, experience and tools. You need to ensure that you reserve sufficient time to follow up on the assignments. We cannot guarantee that following our programs will generate success in your business, life or relationships. We’ll do our best however to provide you with the right tools to successfully complete our programs. The support we offer depends on which kind of package you purchase from us. The specific support will be described on the website of our various programs.

Money Back Guarantee and Trial Periods
We’re very committed to the satisfaction of our participants. Therefore we offer a money back guarantee on some of our online programs. You may cancel your access to our online programs the Abundant Passionpreneur Academy & Money Manifesting Queen free of charge within 14 days from the starting date of the program - unless explicitly stated otherwise on our websites. If you have purchased our program before the starting date of these programs, this date will prevail, and from this moment on your 14 day guarantee will become active. In order to cancel, you must send us your completed homework of the course by sending us an email to info@leoniegabriella.com. If you’ve already made payments, we will refund these as soon as possible. Upon requesting a refund, you are obliged to hand in all the course material you have received from us. After the 14 (fourteen) day period (unless explicitly stated otherwise on our program websites), it is no longer possible to cancel your participation in these programs. You must then pay the full participation fee. You explicitly agree that article 7: 408 - 1 of the Dutch Civil Code does not apply and that interim termination is not possible. Our Money Back Guarantee does not apply for (online) events, downloadable items such meditation bundles or kits, masterminds, year trainings and other offers. Payments
Payment can be made in one go or in installments. If you pay the membership fee in installments, the obligation to pay will also remain after completion of the program. If you are lagging behind with payments, we reserve the right to cancel your access to the program and suspend our obligations to you until you have paid the relevant term(s). After your payment has entered our account, you will regain access to our online membership areas. We can not guarantee that we still have space in our calendars to follow up on our agreements with you if this has been delayed because of your suspended payments. Offers and prices do not automatically apply to future programs or offers. Tickets purchased for our live events can not be canceled. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please contact us at info@leoniegabriella.com. A surcharge of €50 will apply when transferring your ticket.

Intellectual Rights and Use of Our Content and Programs
All rights on our websites and our programs belong to Leonie Gabriella, or to third parties who have made this (visual) material available to Leonie Gabriella, including copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may use these materials during and after your participation in our programs. Multiplication in any form whatsoever is only permitted by prior written permission from us. It is also not permitted to sell the acquired knowledge commercially or to include it in your own programs, unless we have given you specific permission in writing.

Program Material
We strive to keep our online programs and content accessible online for our participants for life, but we cannot guarantee this. If we at some point remove the materials, or move to another URL or membership area, we will always inform you by e-mail a month in advance, so you’ll be able to download the content or save it in some other way. We will always send this message to the last e-mail address that you have made known to us. Not passing on a new email address comes at your risk.

Information and Liability

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the program or the support you receive from us, you must let us know as soon as possible by sending us a mail. We have to receive a clear description of the complaint from you, so that we are able to respond and decide whether the complaint is eligible to restore your purchase. We can not handle complaints that are not clearly defined. Complaints must be reported to us within 14 days after following a specific program, unless specifically mentioned on our program website when making your purchase. If you report the complaint later, you will no longer be entitled to repair, replacement or compensation. Submitted complaints will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date we receive your email. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will send you a notification within 14 days and an indication when a more detailed answer can be expected. Even if you send us a complaint, your obligation to pay will continue to exist until we have given you a refund and confirmation per email.

Liability
Except for intent or deliberate recklessness, the total liability of us due to an attributable shortcoming in the fulfillment of the agreement or for any other reason is limited to the compensation of the direct damage, up to the stipulated price of the agreement, excluding VAT.
Liability for indirect damage, such as; consequential damage, lost profits, missed savings, reduced goodwill, damage due to business interruption, etc. is excluded.
In the event of an attributable shortcoming, you must first give us written notice of default, with a reasonable term, so that I am able to fulfill my obligations, or to correct any errors, or to limit or eliminate damage.

Privacy

When we think it is interesting for you, we may share links to external websites of cooperation partners, affiliates or interesting parties on this website. Disputes
In the event of any disputes, we will always first try our best to resolve the dispute before we submit a dispute to the court. If we do not agree with each other, we will submit disputes to the judge.

Applicable law

We are authorized to make changes to these conditions. These changes take effect on the announced time.
We will send the amended conditions to you by e-mail in time. If no time is specified, the changes will take effect for you as soon as you receive the change.

Miscellaneous
Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions only apply if they have been agreed between the company and you in writing.
If one or more provisions in these General Terms and Conditions are wholly or partially invalid or void, the remainder of these General Terms and Conditions remain fully applicable. We will then consult with each other to agree on new provisions, taking into account as far as possible the purpose and intent of the original provisions
